About The Book

Who's Looking at Whom

line

Most people, especially children, love rhyming books. There is just something about the rhythm of reading them that is simply candy to the ear!

As a primary school counselor, father and grandfather I have read many such books to children. I would tell them that they could help me read the book because they were “rhyming detectives.” That is, if they were listening carefully they could figure out the pattern and guess the upcoming word or words.

Who’s Looking At Whom? is simply a fun, counting to ten read that rhymes and has a bit of a tricky ending—kids love tricky endings. Hopefully, you and your child or children will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

About The Book Who's Looking at Whom

The story behind the book Who’s Looking at Whom

Having read many, many books to my own children and grandchildren and all of my students over the years, I’ve gotten to know the kinds of books they enjoy hearing and looking at. Colorful books, those with animals in them, rhyming books are among their favorite types of books. Since the best children’s books probably contain some of those characteristics and also teach them something I decided to write Who’s Looking at Whom? It rhymes, is wonderfully illustrated, teaches counting to ten, and has somewhat a tricky ending.

For FUN & Learning

Lessons to be Learned, While Also Having Fun with Reading

Whereas “The Guidance Series” is about  issues I dealt with as a primary school counselor, my for “For FUN & Learning” books are just what that title implies. Many of them are rhyming books which kids love, some of them teach the alphabet or are learning numbers books. All of  them have some sort of moral or are educating children in a fun way about something. Whether its about the environment, friendship, responsibility or whatever there’s a lesson to be learned, hopefully while having fun while the books are read  to them & then having a discussion with an adult about what they should learn from the book.

The Letters Picnic

A rhyming book meant to be a fun and educational read for children learning the alphabet. Hopefully, you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
